Meets The Eye

I wrote this story as a writing exercise. I wanted to challenge myself to write a 5-7 minute short film, and with my love for dark academia, mysterious fateful encounters, and sculpture, Meets the Eye was born. Simple but punchy, this script is one of my best short forms, and I hope to get it produced one day.

Logline

A young high school senior meets a mysterious student while she is lost on a campus tour, only to find out that the student is a statue on campus. Will friendship bloom, or will it all shatter to pieces?
